There is a (relatively) new Hauppauge USB TV Tuner - the 1595 - that has two digital tuners (they dropped the analog input found in previous models) for roughly the same price - currently US$67.99 at Amazon.
So, they lowered the price on the 955Q and you can find it for US$39.99 at Amazon.
I have not tried either (I actually use an older 950), so this is just FYI.
