Id screen shot

To help communicate an Id problem I need to send an Id screen shot via the Forum.
 
Is there an easy way to do that without learning and utilizing another piece of software?

just to clarify, how do you capture and save a screen shot on Linux debian without installing anything (basic Id JR install for the OP)
