Help with licenses

Hi,

I can't seem to find an address to get help with licenses. I used the upgrade to Master option in my Mac  MC21 to get a key that would license a copy for my windows pc. However the license it gave me doesn't work on windows. i THINK I've been issued a license for MC 22 for Mac. The option I clicked on was definitely to upgrade to a master license. Any ideas how I can get help on this?

You purchased a Mac license.  It won't work with Windows.  A Master License will.  Is that what you want?
