Multi subwoofer independant processing
« on: June 25, 2016, 02:38:26 am »

Hello,
I'm wondering whether MC21 may perform room correction independantly for 2 or more subwoofers. Based on the interface it seems to me it can't but may be I'm wrong.
Thank you

"room correction" in DSP Studio really means bass management & delays (for speakers at different distances to the listening position), room correction as in using some form of EQ to deal with the effects of the room on what you hear is dealt with by the PEQ blocks and/or the convolver.

If you need some help configuring it for your setup then post some details of what you're trying to do.

Thanks matkhan
Does room correction can by applied to two subwoofers (that could have different characteristics) independently?

You can apply different filters to each sub

http://andyc.diy-audio-engineering.org/mso/html/index.html would be worth a look if you want to try that approach.
