Lost sound to audio, video sound OK

Hi - I accidentally checked play from memory in options on my Audio Zone and now when I play music i get no sound even though  i changed it back. any idea why this might be? Video play fine. Audio is clearly doing something as the progress bar ticks over.

Although I had set up two Zones I don't think they were differentiated (but I cant find the settings either) as I only have the HDMI connected to my TV.

Would appreciate any ideas

have you closed MC wait a minute and reopen and or reboot pc or look at the default playback device in windows and if that's not it delete the zones and start over.
