No evidence of Master upgradeable - paid too much :-(

Hello JRiver,
have ever used windows and have since today a mac. JRiver told I must buy a new license. After I did that I see the menu item "Upgrade to Master License". Had I so my Windows License can upgrade to Master? Have previously searched even after such a possibility in your website but found nothing.

Would it be possible that I get a discount? I often buy updates in recent years.

Annoys me that I paid almost 30 dollars a lot.

Would be really nice.
