I've been reading up on and following all the fixes for this but have had no luck.
Currently running Ubuntu 16.04. on a machine that is dual booted with Windows 7. JRiver 19 runs flawlessly using Windows 7, but I'd like to move away from Windows altogether.
This is what I've tried so far to correct the problem:
Installed JRiver version 21.0.85 64bit using Awesome Donkey's tutorial.
Segmentation faults started right away whether I started up from the JRiver icon or from a terminal.
De-installed JRiver.
I then deinstalled the 64 bit version and installed the 32 bit version and got this while installing:
michael@michael-desktop:~$ sudo dpkg -i ~/Downloads/MediaCenter-21.0.54.deb
Selecting previously unselected package mediacenter21:i386.

Confirmed running version 10.0.54. De-installed everything.
And that's where I'm at now. Can anyone help?
