Setup: MC22 - Windows10 x64 Anniversary Update - SPL Crimson DAW via WASAPI/USB, ( + add. sound on board)
MC 22 works perfect incl. Upsampling etc. with the DAW
After closing MC22 - each audio device (DAW or onboard sound) is deadly quiet, not even any systemsound, no matter which program I use.
Entering MC22 again: works; closing: no sound again.
I have to reboot for normal use of the devices and alternative media/sound players...of course only until I enter MC22 again.
The behaviour of the start button (as reported together with a similar sound problem in an other post) is not affected - no problems here.
Version MC21 did not show this problem.
Has anybody experienced similar problems and perhaps solved this issue?

Seems the two drivers for ASIO and WASAPI have been in a locked state.
Solution was to change from WASAPI to ASIO (exclusive mode) and then back to WASPI (exclusive mode) again
Now I can even keep JRiver open (of course plackback stopped) and hear music with another tool, or to close JRiver and do the same.
