Can't add plugins

I'm trying to add VST plugins to MC22, but the program will not co-operate. I click "Manage Plug-ins" then go to the "Add JRiver, VST or Winamp Plug-in . . . " and nothing happens. The menu item does nothing. There is no error message, it just doesn't do anything.The same thing happens with MC21. This is on El Capitan 10.11.6.

Anybody have any ideas?

Confirmed!  MC22.0.22 on Mac.  The Add plugin dialog never appears.

I remember this happening with a previous release a while back.  The developers fixed it in the next version.  I'm surprised it's back, but they'll probably get this fixed right away too.

The odd thing for me is that it also happens in MC21. I've gone back to MC20 and all is well.
