Duplicate Purchase

    Hi,
    Yesterday i purchased Windows for $49.98 by using my Visa credit card which marked as MasterCard. (I clicked MasterCard button by mistake) It's odd but purchase completed.
   After i checked my account and no charge appeared then.
 
    Today i made a new purchase (i clicked as VISA this time) and i found my card account charged twice !!! (Charge is not completed yet , always there is 2-3 days delay, as i live in Europe)
    My question is, how i can cancel my first purchase ? (I have all data necessary as account numbers etc.)
   Sorry for my English, and thanks in advance for any help.

Please send an email to deanna at jriver dot com with the details about the purchase and the cancellation.

Just a heads up that she isn't at work today, so she'll get to it on Tuesday.

I have looked through our records and find only one purchase and one license.  We have had past instances of a bank or credit card company processing 2 charges in the beginning and then dropping one of the charges.  Please check your account again and advise if both charges have completed.  Thank you,
