Random settings I cannot find

I'm hoping someone can help me located a couple of settings I just can't seem to find.  1.  Where is the settings to permanently crop black bars to 16:9?  I can;t find that anywhere.  There are settings for stretching the aspect ratio to 16:9, but not for permanently cropping black bars to 16:9.   Also, how can I make it so video files do not play one right after the other?

If this is supposed to be help, then no wonder people get upset.  It's difficult when this is your only avenue for support and no one responds to you.

I was thinking maybe because it was the holiday season.

I've also been told some pretty strange responses in the past, and confirmed by others yet they had nothing to do with my question.

Anyways,  try looking under Video-> Crop Edges and toy with those settings

I think everyone's slowed down a bit this last month! I'm not sure about your aspect ratio question, but your second one: to the right of the playback/progress bar are a few icons. If you right click the first one, you can select 'Stop after each item' :)

Just "bump" your post if you don't get an answer.

Here are some reasons that nobody replied.

Your subject isn't helpful.  If you're asking about cropping video, use that in the subject.

Nobody noticed it.

Nobody knew the answer.

Settings are settings.  If you don't know where they are, it's possible other people have trouble too.  There is a search at the bottom of the options page.  Most video settings are under Video.  Right clicking on the video screen also gives you some.  Try a Google search.

JRiver closes every year between Xmas and New Year's.  We will be open again on Tuesday, January 2.
