Can't put a value in "Duration" tag for a movie

I added a bluray movie to my library. It properly shows up as a "Movie" and information from TMDB was automatically gathered and applied.

But there is no value in the "Duration" tag. I can't enter a duration manually either - the value field is gray and won't let me type anything. Any idea what to do?

can you play it?

this happens to me sometimes when the file is corrupt in some way.  usually i can't play them

try analysing the audio...
