When you are pushing movies via DLNA, the audio format depends not on MCs DLNA server audio settings, but rather on MCs DLNA server video settings. Make sure that the DLNA video server setting is set for Original.

I am not 100% sure but I think that if you have to convert the video on the fly to a given format, it implicitly downmixes the audio to stereo. But perhaps someone else can comment??

An alternative would be, instead of converting on the fly, to pre- convert the movie offline to a video format that the Oppo can play in "Original" format. That would allow you more control of the video and audio conversion parameters including the audio channel mix.
