version: mc9.1.213 backwards

problem:
thanks to the bug fixed so i can import the playlist which containing loads of mp3 songs on the cd-roms. but now if i want to export the selections from mc to be M3U file, i can only export those songs presenting on my cd drive. another words if i try to export any songs from mc9 but the actual cd-rom is not in the cd drive, i got nothing exported.

i doubt there is still a check for the presents of the physical cd-rom if i try to export the songs to form the M3U file.
