Starting and closing problems

Unfortunately for a while, when opening JRiver or closing a movie, JRiver crashes and the message "The program has stopped working" appears.

Of course I tried to uninstall everything and reinstall the latest stable version, but the problem remains: does it depend on win10?

To add that only the media server starts at startup.

I installed version 108, but the problem has reappeared. Then I uninstalled everything, done a nice cleaning and reinstalled but this time without recovering the old library.
Now everything seems to work, only I have a problem with some personal videos, and I do not remember how I did the other time to make them go home videos rather than movies. :(

I gave a look at the guide, but I did not understand much   :'(
