Connecting to Marantz 7010 via wifi network
« on: July 18, 2017, 10:54:01 am »

Just started with JRiver, Have a Surface Pro with external Drive with 100 gigs of music (MP3 and other audio files). Netgear Router.

JRiver sees the Marantz, when I to try to play to the Marantz, I can see the first song in the play list on the Screen Connected to the AVR with a spinning wheel trying to connect, after a while I get a server error. Firewall is set to accept JRiver (also tried with Firewall off). Tried with Anti-virus on and off.
Probably user error, have been through all the Wiki instructions a few times to ensure all is setup Correctly.  Any help will be appreciated

Have been using WMC (Windows 10) before with no issues.

Welcome.  On the server, under Media Network, try the options for the DLNA Server that is in use.  Try toggling SetNextAVTransport.
