SSH rsync support in Id?
« on: July 31, 2017, 10:15:13 am »

Is it possible to connect to the Id's attached storage using rsync over SSH? Or is it only exposing the storage using Samba? I have the original Intel NUC Id.

I am trying to automate backup from my FreeNAS server, which can do it using rsync but, as far as I can see, there is no automated support over SMB.

Indeed, is it even possible to SSH into Id?

Thank you.

The Id exposes the storage via Samba and NFS.
It's not intended that users should ssh into the Id.
