I already know that the email that is sent annually to existing customers for a special discount off of future versions of JRiver Media Center have been sent in 2017 and the offer is expired.

I would like to know when I should expect to receive another email from JRiver to take advantage of the special discounted price off of JRiver Media Center 24 sometime in 2018 so that I can put it in my Google Calendar. Typically, it costs $19.98 USD for existing customers by following the instructions provided in the email message each year. Sometimes, it can be $27.98 USD. In any event, can other people tell me when to expect the next email next year and how much I should expect to pay? Thanks.

A specific date is never known, it's pretty random when a new development cycle will begin. It's usually during the Spring and most likely Summer months when the early bird special begins.

It can be as early as May or June if I'm remembering correctly!

Could also be as late as August. It varies from year to year with no predictable timeframe.

I'd suggest visiting the forums at least once a week to see what's going on, if anything's been announced, etc.

I would say its a fair bet that you can assume MC24 to appear sometime in 2018, but thats probably as much information as anyone could've guessed. We don't plan the schedules that far ahead either!
As you already noted, we do notify customers by email about these early-bird offers when they start.
