Recently MC19 began acting up, regretably I was forced to uninstall. I hated doing this, because I knew the new install would be 23, and it is. At this time, I cannot afford an upgrade and really do not want it. I have been with you folks a long time (8-10 yrs.) I have upgraded, I believe from MC10 on, maybe 8 or 9. Long before Itunes I used MC as an organizer for my music files, even though there is a charge. I love your product, but despise your support system. I find it caustic, confusing and overly technical, it is the only way, I know to contact anyone. I use MC for organization, storage and transferring to other devices. I am not technical - which is basically a tribute to Media Center, which I will repeat is awesome.
7 or 8 times I've requested my registration key be sent, with no response, yet I was able to reset my password to this forum in less then a minute.
I'm sorry I lost my registration key - it's been years
Please send it to me, so I can reinstall.
