No Theater View in 23.0.60

After start i get the message: "Media center don't work"

After next start i get o box " Media center starts with standards" (windows, bibliothek...)

and the result "Media center don't work"

My system: Windows 10 Home 64 bit.

I had no problems with Media center 20.0.132

Try rebooting and reinstalling.  I don't know what you're seeing.

I use Norton Antivirus and had never a problem.

I deactivated Norton to check but the result is the same, MC23 crash after start

If Norton is the problem, there is no way to be sure unless it is uninstalled and rebooted.

Try updating the video driver.

Is it only a problem in Theater View?

my video driver is actual

It is not a problem of theater view. MC23 crash immediatly after start. (In MC20 theaterview is no problem)
