Selecting multiple tracks to edit metadata
« on: September 23, 2017, 12:34:36 pm »

Sorry if this is obvious, but I've searched the forum with no success.  Is it possible to select multiple (consecutive) tracks in JRemote on the iPad to edit the metadata?  E.g. to set the COMPOSITION tag for 4 tracks as Symphony No. 1 in D minor.

I've only recently discovered tag editing in JRemote - a great feature.

I don't think so, you can select and update ALL tracks with that switch on the dialog

Did you know you can copy and paste in the edit dialog, that may help ease some of the typing

Thanks Mike, yes I have been using copy and paste and it does save time.  I do most of my tag editing in JRiver, but JRemote will be handy for the odd edit.

Much the same , MC on my main pc is simply easier with a keyboard etc

I do use JRemote when I find a glitch whilst listening
