Does the 64Bit MC not work with the Id?

I had to reload all of Windows 10 due to a crash and I thought I would upgrade to 64bit, well now I cannot connect either of my Id's to MC

Could be a firewall problem.

My firewall indicates it is allowing JRiver access

Also, I turned off the firewall and it still didn't connect.

Am I not supposed to take the access key from the PC where my music files are located and put those in the library settings on the Id?

The Host computer shows up on the Id grayed out.

Just uninstalled 64bit for 32 bit and it still does not work.

I have done this several times and never had a problem....I wonder what I am doing wrong?

I can connect to the Server (host computer) from my phone (the access key works on the phone) and play music to the Id, but album covers, the song name or any other info from the files is not shown on the screen from the Id and I connot connect the Id to the host computer.

The Id shows up in MC after I play the file to it (with the green and white arrow)

The Access Key you use is the one from the machine you connect to.

Turn on Media Network on all machines.

If that doesn't work, turn Media Network off and back on to generate a new Access Key.

It's an Id, not an ID, by the way.  Rhymes with "kid".

Tried that already...didn't help.

Next idea is to delete all references to JRiver and reinstall. When I rebuilt my computer (C drive), MC was on D drive and I installed 64 bit in same folder (after I deleted 32 bit and kept info from 32 bit...music is on M drive). Maybe that is causing issues with firewall?

At work now, but I will try this evening.
