Amazon Country setting not persistent

When I change the country from "Auto" to "Germany" neither does the Amazon webpage (in services & Plug-Ins) change to the German site, nor does the country setting stay on "Germany". After restarting MC it's back to "Auto".

We reproduced the issue and it should be fixed in the next build.  Thanks for the help :)
