When we will have the search for "Default metadata lookup language" in Portuguese (Brazil)
and also search for subtitles in Portuguese (Brazil)?

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that TheTVDB, for example, has any data for ptBR. I added all languages they offer to the dialog when I implemented it. So even if I were to add it to the list, without data from the source it won't really do anything.
