Remaining changes in 64-bit version

Saving tag changes (x remaining) <--- this is from 64-bit version. Stays forever.
I'm using the latest version of windows 10. MC 23.0.70

Then I've to close the program and redone the changes,

It seems that is something related with the confirmation of deletion of folders.
