JRemote Android with multiple servers
« on: December 14, 2017, 06:03:28 pm »

I have two MC servers with different libraries. Very often when I try to switch servers in JRemote on my Android 7.1.1 phone the app claims to have connected to the other server but in fact it has not. When this happens I have to kill the app and reload it.

I know this post is fairly old, I just happened to be browsing around and saw it.  I had this issue previously with a few different PCs on my home network.  The best solution I found was to run them on seperate ports as Hendrik suggested in this thread:

Thanks for the reply and the reference to an interesting thread. I did notice that JRemote checks the public address sometimes, even when my phone has a WiFi connection at home. I do have port forwarding enabled on the router, and I didn't in the past, so that's likely why it appeared to me to be a new problem.
