App to Install on Mac

I purchased and downloaded the program but my MacAir Pro using the latest OS says there is no App to install it.
Anyone know how to install?

1) Download the .dmg file from here: http://files.jriver.com/mediacenter/channels/v23/latest/MediaCenter230090.dmg

2) Once downloaded, open to mount the DMG file.

3) Drag the Media Center 23 app inside into the Applications folder.

4) Open the Applications folder and start Media Center 23 from there.
