Library Back Ups Saved In Wrong Location - How To Correct

I just noticed my most recent library backups for MC 23 are being saved to a folder for library backups to an older MC 21 folder.  How to I redirect library backups to the correct folder location?

SORRY.  I FOUND THE ISSUE AND CORRECTED.
