JRemote shutdown option not working on Windows 10

I recently rebuilt my HTPC with Windows 10.  At first JRemote shutdown option was working but stopped recently for some reason (perhaps a Windows update).  Has anyone else seen this and figured out how to fix?

hi R32NJ,
it´s the same with my configuration. I´m running Win10 1803 with latest patches. JRemote can wake up the machine, but to hibernate / sleep i have to use Teamviewer.
Is there a solution for this issue?
