Unique File Location For Different Libraries

I think this has come up in the past but is this possible?  I have an Audiobook library and a Music Library and each has different file locations that I would like represented in Options -->File Locations.

That only sets the default location Media Center uses when ripping discs or downloading podcasts.
Your library can be stored anywhere you like, and if you are ripping discs with Media Center you can use the "Rename, Move, and Copy Tool" to place the files anywhere you want after that's done.
