dsf -> wav conversion - Is this correct?

For testing purposes I converted the following DSD format using MC converting function:

dsf  1 bit | 2822400 Hz -> wav 24 bit | 352800 Hz

Is this correct?

Or is it better to convert to 192kHz and how?

The best PCM mathematical conversion ratio from standard "single rate" DSD, as used on SACD, is 24 bit 176.4 KHz, as long as your DAC can natively handle this sample rate.
The ASUS implementation of my windows PC sound chip (Cirrus LogicŪ CS4398) cannot use 176.4kHz or 88.2kHz , so I use 44.1kHz down conversion "on the fly" from the .dff DSD files. The chip itself can handle all of the rates and even DSD, but the drivers don't seem to allow this

My HTPC outputs to my Emotiva XMC-1 which accepts 176 kHz PCM over HDMI so I use that

.FLAC will give MUCH smaller file sizes than .WAV with no loss of data.

352.8 kHz is 1/8 the DSD rate (though considerably higher bit-depth) and is the default for Media Center's DSD > PCM conversions, while 176.4kHz is 1/16.
It doesn't really matter which you use though, as DSD is not going to have any meaningful frequency response above 30 kHz or so (and human hearing is about 20 kHz) so there's little reason to use anything higher than 24-bit 88.2 kHz (or even 44.1 kHz really).

I think my question was not correct:

If I want to use DSP and I convert a DSD file to wav or FLAC MC converts it in my example to 352.8 kHz.

If my DAC only supports 24 bit/192 kHz I have to change that in DSP Studo then?

I can not directly convert it to 192 kHz with the converter function?

If your DAC only supports up to 24-bit / 192 kHz you can set sample rates above 192 kHz in DSP Studio > Output Format to 192 kHz. That's how I have mine setup since it only supports up to 24-bit / 192 kHz, so like this...



But I don't convert DSD to PCM, since I also have a standalone DSD DAC (Schiit Loki). In your case you'll probably want to enable the SoX resampler option (and perhaps the TPDP dithering option, like RD James would suggest). If you want to, here's another screenshot of the settings to change/set highlighted in red boxes.

I wrote, I did it for testing purpose. What I wanted to test:

For DSD (My Devialet processes DSD files) all DSP functions are not applied. So I wanted to know how the same file converted to wav or flac sounds with DSP enabled  (I have followed the guide of mwillems to define the EQ Parameters) and applied some basic room correction parameters compared to playing the DSD file.
