Import Video goes to PlayList Recently Imported

I import an MP4 file and it shows up in the Playlist/Recently Imported.   How do I get this into the Video/Home Videos folder?

Click on the MP4 in the Recently Imported Playlist.
Click on "Tag" in the Action Window (bottom left).
In the Advanced section, make sure that the tags are set as;
[Media type] = "Video"
[Medai Sub Type] = "Home Video"

  Playing video out to a Sony 65" TV connected via HDMI, playing digital audio out via motherboard sound card, PCIe TV tuner
