How do I get to Finder/Music from MediaCenter?
« on: May 18, 2018, 02:40:15 pm »

I've got some files which haven't yet been imported to MC, located in different folders in Finder/Music. Being used to Windows, these would normally be acessable by using Drives & Devices. But when I click that, nothing happens. I would like to view these folders before importing them into MC, but I can't see how. Any ideas?

(iMac, High Sierra, MC 24)

If you are trying to access them directly from MC24, say, as they are being played, try Tools > Locate > On Disk (external) will take you right to the file in Finder.

Or, because they have not been imported, they will not be playing, just click on any file in MC24, then go to Tools > Locate > etc... to find your media files in Finder. Hope this helps.
