Please stop the marketing email

JRiver admin,

Would you please unsubscribe me from marketing and all other email? I've used the email unsubscribe link four times now without success. I really don't want to see the "sorry to see you go" crying baby page again.

I apologize for posting this here, but I couldn't find a general support forum.

Try unsubscribing any old addresses. They could be being forwarded.
