can not tag from the Action window

There are few different files (MP4, WMA) only few of them that the action window looks grey when i open the tag area and i cant see nothing there
I can tag those file from the List Pane but i use to do that from the Action window
i tried to restart MC it doesnt help
there is any solution?

Untitled-1 is file without tag at the action window only grey
Untitled-2 is file with tag option at the action window

In tools>options>general in the importing and tagging section do you have sidecar tagging mode set to save in sidecar if internal tagging is not supported, and Create External Sidecar files for media types:Video selected? I notice that you have no tag info in either of the files you showed as screenshots.

yes both are like you wrote.
In tools>options>general in the importing and tagging section do you have sidecar tagging mode set to save in sidecar if internal tagging is not supported, and Create External Sidecar files for media types:Video selected
in this folder i didnt tag yet but it the same with file i tagged in the past

I find the solution
the Media sub type was set as TV show and i didnt customize it so i just had to customize it or to change it
