MCWS: Add remux-only option for video?

Would it be possible to add a remux-only "conversion" option to MCWS for video?  This would be very useful in particular for TS or JTV to put them into an MKV container (supported by most players) without altering the quality.

FYI - A remux option in general has been discussed many times (and also specifically for JTV due to it's JRiver only nature). Hendrik has stated that it is one of the things on his list to look at but ? on when it hits the top of it.  Once it is available in general then it should be fine to use with MCWS.
