Single Album Displayed as Tracks - JRermote v Panel v EOS

If an artist has one album associated, JRemote displays this single album as multiple tracks while both Panel and EOS display the single album as an album. Why is this?

It automatically skip categories that only have a single item. Theater View does it too.
In some cases I find it useful, but I don't like it when browsing music.
