Unable to locate cover art on internet

Using MC 23 on a Win10 os with latest (1803) updates. Now on several computers, the same issue arises. MC23 does not find any cover art for ripped CD's. It used to be automatic, now even running a manual query turns up nothing. I suspect a network setting or protection is preventing JRiver program to search on internet. If I load a locally saved graphic file of a particular cover, MC23 will find it on my computer. Anyone else with this issue? A search thru forum was unsuccessful.
