MJ14 Problem

Howdy Y'all
I'm very sorry about posting this here but I'm looking for support on an older version, Media Jukebox 14 to be exact because I am having problems importing files from my external hard drive - it'll play the previously imported files but the music file folders won't even show up on the import screen.

I'm a simple man and I like a simple media player and 14 is good for me, I like the graphics and it's generally easy to use.

Thanks to any and all for any and all assistance in this matter.
