Nomad II Plugin - Error

Hello, I am trying to download the plugin for the Nomad II, and I keep getting an "Invalid Package File" error.  Any ideas?

I just tried downloading the Plugin to an XP PC with Internet Explorer without any problems. I think the link is OK.
