Track no and Seq no out of sync

Since a few days (after upgrading to MAC 24.0.53) are the track no's and the seq no's out of sync for a lot of my (>2000) albums, i.e. the album plays the tracks in the wrong order. I probably pushed a wrong (sort) button. How do I reset the seq. no's to the track no's for my whole library.
