Skins without play doctor?

I saw some screenshots w/o play doctor in v21 and v22.
I've started using MC from v22 and I don't remember such view.
Is it just the old view or it can be customized to hide play doctor?

You can remove features under Tools > Options > General > Features

I've removed them. But still got "Play doctor".
Anyway to change it to artist/album panel?
