I am unable to purchase

I have tried to purchase a windows licence and every time I submit the details I receive this message " Transaction failed. Please double check your information. If it's correct, please check with your credit card issuer" I have tried both Visa and Mastercard and have spend money both since trying to buy the licence it is not the cards and I have checked and rechecked the information so Why can I not buy the licence?

Please ask your credit card company.  We don't receive any information if a card fails, other than the fact that it failed.

We might be able to tell you more on Monday, when the office is open again.
