MJ8 Error - Mp3

MJ8 gives me an error message when attempting to play an Mp3 file and then shuts down.

Do Users get 3 tries guessing what it is?

Can we Guess your system info also?

If so what do we get if we win?

I am thinking of a newer Ugo than the one Matt gave me 2 months ago, maybe in a darker shade of blue.
