Install Key/License Problem

I was using JRiver fine yesterday but I went to open it today and it asked me to activate again, so I did.  That used up one of my restores for the year.  I don't anticipate needing more than nine more, but is there any way to get that one back?  Also, what could have caused it to deregister itself?

if you run out just post here and Admins will reset it, getting one back is probably not going to happen.

using a registry scrubber could wipe out your registration!
