Photo "Tool Tip" display disappears off screen upwards

I recently upgraded from mc22 to 24.

I am pretty sure that when one pointed to a photo and hovered there, the image tooltip would drop down when the location of the curssor was high on the screen.

On 24, it is cut off since the tooltip always goes upwards.
