Where can I find customer service at JRiver?

A phone number ot at least an Email?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this.  I am in search of JRiver support and would like to speak to someone ... or at least start an email exchange.  I am a senior with low tech skills and need someone to walk me through the process of creating a playlist (dragging in specifics songs) and burning the playlist to a CD.  I am using a Music Vault server.  I have 2.7 TB of uncompressed music.  I want to make a lot of playlists.  Thanks.  My email is: tjmulgrew@yahoo.com.  My phone is: 615-604-1348.

You can upen the CD Burning section of the Action Window in the lower left corner and drag files to it.
