Invert video automatically.

Invert video automatically.

I filmed some videos on my cell phone while he was standing.

When I run on jriver it goes lying down.

Are there any settings I can do?

The same video, when I play in the windows media player, stands up correctly.

Thank you.

You don't want to INVERT them, you want to ROTATE them.  That will help you in a google search.

MC will rotate videos correctly, but only when using Red October HQ video mode, not Red October Standard.

If your machine is not fast enough for ROHQ, you'll need to use something like VLC or WMP to watch them.

Hendrick knows more about the rotation capabilities, if he's watching.

My i5-2400S runs hot very soon when using red october HQ. Hot means loud ! Why can any other video player handle rotated videos and MC does not ?
Using VLC for playing a rotated movie is not a acceptable workaround when I want to play a list with several fotos and videos.

So if I have tu use HQ, which CPU / GPU is sufficient ? I would like to buy a Ryzen 5 Pro 2400G.

It depends on what you are watching ... HQ (aka MadVR) uses GPU heavily for upscaling videos ... you can reduce quality of scaling to use less GPU ... less power ... less noise

If you are planning HDR 4K ... lots of ppl suggest NVidia 1060 4GB as a minimum (not sure which AMD is equivalent to that)

Higher GPU can use better scaling algorithms which arguably give better pictures ... there is point of diminishing returns where more power you throw at MadVR results in little quality gain ... seems around 1070 1080
