Burning Problems
« on: January 17, 2003, 12:22:39 pm »

I down loaded Media Jukebox 8 and then purchased it.  I am having problems when I go into the burning options and try to uncheck generic driver.  It is grayed out so I can't do anything which won't let me then turn of the 2 second gap between songs.  I have ASPI and it is working properly.  My drive is also on their support list of drives.

How do you know?

And what one would that be?

If you go to MJ, Help, System Info You can paste your system info into your next message so someone can help.

Also make and model of the burner might help if others have the same burner they may be able to help.

the more info you provide the more help you will rec

It Seems MJ Is Not Seeing The External ASPI Drivers You Said You Installed.

External ASPI:

http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/drivers_by_product.html?cat=%2fProduct%2fASPI-4.70&prodkey=ASPI-4.70#Microsoft%20Windows%202000

MJ8 At One Tim Did not have internal ASPI, and i am not running MJ8 any longer but if there is an option To Disable Internal ASPI you may need to do that.

Also Some Users have said that they had to disable Windows XP Internal Burning. Have you disabled the Windows XP Internal Burning? If not you may wish to look into that.

I am still having the same problems with my burner.  I disabled the internal ASPI off.  I'm not sure if you can help on this one but I don't know how to disable windows xp internal burning off.  If you could help me on this I would appreciate it.  Thanks ahead of time
