Great day Yaobing,

We can instruct MC to automatically do some post-processing when a scheduled TV recordings has been finished. Thanks for this.

Could it be the case these post-processing instructions aren't respected when a recording has been started manually, so not as a recording rule.

Fyi, I'm launching ComSkip.exe successful as a post processing rule and from time to time i noticed ComSkip wasn't launched, recently i narrowed it down to manual recordings.

Is this behavior correct to you ? Or am i missing some setting or could this be corrected ?

I will look into this.  It may well be that post processing is not applied for manual recording.  I can add it if it is not.

I tried this out yesterday 2 times, and it worked well for me, but it was only twice that I tried it.  I did set it as 'default' settings for recording TV.  Not sure if you manually adding the task when doing a manual recording, or not, and if that would even make a difference.

You are right. I just tried it myself.  The ComSkip command is applied to the newly created recording rule (we do create a new recording rule for manual recording too).

I will try to determine what, where and how.
Especially as the manual recording of yesterday was positively ComSkip'ed.
So not sure what caused the non launching,

I'll keep you posted once i found something,
